Case Study: Housing Plymouth

Housing Plymouth runs a yearly event aimed at breaking down some of the tough barriers to entry for first time buyers. They provide help and advice to those on lower incomes looking to get a house of their own, including renting, buying, financial advice, rent to buy schemes and more.

When Housing Plymouth approached us they were looking to expand and refresh their brand, and we were commissioned to help them deliver a range of items to help improve their impact and identity for the event.

We devised a new logo and colour scheme, creating a style guide which informed their print materials (including the event guide). We also created a bespoke explainer video which helped to expand on what the event would offer. Alongside this we built a simple one-page site to advertise their event and improve exhibitor registrations.

Mutant Creative produced and designed a video, website, style guide and complete brand identity for our annual city centre housing event. Not only were they more competitively priced than others, they gave excellent value for money, hitting tight deadlines and producing innovative, creative work. They understood the brief, had great ideas on how we could achieve what we wanted and were very easy to work with. Their work significantly improved our social media reach with our target age group and created a consistent approach to our marketing that was professional yet fun and innovative.
